Top Rail Sleeves for Chain Link Fence Pressed Steel - Galvanized
The chain link fence sleeve is used to connect two pieces of pipe, the fence sleeve slides into both sides of the pipes being put together. The sleeve adds rigidity to your pipe and can be welded for added strength. For most residential applications, welding is not needed.
