When it comes to chain link fence installations, tension bars are incredibly necessary for keeping the mesh attached to the posts. This 3" Tension Band is built to be long-lasting even through harsh weather. As a rule of thumb, when installing your fence you should include one less tension band than the overall height (i.e. a 6' high fence uses 5 tension bands).
