Tension bands are a core piece to any chain link fence as they are the crucial fitting that attaches the chain link mesh to the terminal and corner posts. This 3" Heavy Tension Band is ideal for commercial settings or heavier applications since it is built a little stronger than typical tension bands. When it comes to installation, using one less tension band than the overall height of the fence is a good rule of thumb (i.e., a 6' high fence uses five tension bands).
