Designed and manufactured by DAC, the Deluxe Exit Bar Black Plate Kit With Alarm is a great choice to keep visitors, employees, and students safe in a wide range of settings. It allows for exit only and includes the surface mount, weather-resistant 36" Detex Exit Bar, adjustable mounting plate for 29" to 54" gate frames, adjustable receiver bracket for 3" latch post, alarm, lockbox with two keys, and the fasteners and screws necessary for installation. Installation also requires holes to be drilled for mounting the exit bar. Its stainless steel screws and fasteners are designed for years of lasting performance.
