With the 3" (2 7/8" OD) x 10" Galvanized Steel Top Rail Fence Sleeves, joining two pieces of top rail together has never been easier. These extremely durable, easy-to-use sleeves join non-wedged or plain-ended rails together, forming a tight, long-lasting connection. They fit two 3" (2 7/8" OD) rails - one inserted into each end of the sleeve - and are 10" long. Once in place, they form a rigid, sturdy bond and can be welded for extra strength in heavy-duty applications.
