It enables gate entry from the outside and includes a 36" weather-resistant Detex Exit Bar, adjustable mounting plate (for 29" to 54" gate frames), a receiver bracket (for 3" latch posts), a lockbox with two keys, and installation hardware. It also features a black plate, lock box, cylinder with keys, and Electric Latch Retraction (ER) on the 36" Detex bar.

Our panic bar kits support ADA-compatible gate installations when paired with our ADA-compatible control trim handles and installed according to specifications. To achieve compliance, ensure the operable hardware is mounted at the required height and can be operated with one hand without tight grasping, pinching, or wrist twisting. Please note: ADA compliance is determined by the full finished opening, not by these components alone. The kit also features Electric Latch Retraction (ER) for enhanced functionality.
