The Insulator for chain link fence is designed to fit around verticle or horizontal pipes that hold and extend the wire and rope 3.5" from the post. It fits around round or square-shaped pipes up to 2" in diameter. The Insulator will hold a rigid wire up 5/16" and pliable rope up to 3/8". This black chain link fence tool comes with all necessary, heavy-duty hardware for installation.
