It allows for basic keyed entry and includes the surface-mount 36" Exit Bar, an adjustable mounting plate for 31" to 54" gate frames, an adjustable receiver bracket for a 3" latch post, a lockbox with two keys, and the fasteners and screws necessary for installation. The installation also requires drilling holes for mounting the exit bar. Its stainless steel screws and fasteners are designed for years of lasting performance.
