As well as being a simple solution for difficult installation applications, these hinges turn any swinging gate into a self-closing gate, being able to be used in either direction that the gate swings. These latches are perfect if you want your gate to self-latch behind you, and work especially well with self-closing gate hinges. Each Butterfly Latch is made from Pressed Steel and arrives fully assembled and ready to install, requiring only 2 heavy-duty lag bolts or screws depending on the installation. Butterfly Gate Latches are a quick and easy way to upgrade any gate.
